The Barton Esports Academy prepares future leaders in the esports industry.

Education

Academy students are provided with an opportunity to take a variety of courses to help prepare for a career in the esports industry. The majority of students pursue a B.S. Sport Management degree with specialized coursework in Esports. Additionally, students have the ability to attain an advanced Coaching Certification from the American Sport Education Program and take a dedicated Esports Management course to help prepare for the career field.

Experience

Along with gaining a high-quality education, students are provided with opportunities to take leadership roles within the Barton College Esports program to gain hands-on, real-world experience operating a collegiate esports team. These experiences prepare students to take on future leadership roles within the esports industry.
